Kids ski free at Powder Mountain starting in the 26/27 season! This is huge news for families. Kids 12 and under will now be able to ski for free with the purchase of an adult, senior, or military season pass, making ski trips way more affordable for families. They also slashed teen pricing, which is another big win.

Perfect for Beginners Too

With the new Doodle lift opening, Powder Mountain is becoming one of the best places in Utah for beginners to learn to ski or snowboard. It is a very laid back atmosphere with wide open run hills, which is exactly what you want when you are still figuring out how to stop without falling. And as a first-timer bonus, the $99 night ski lesson package comes with rentals and lift tickets included. The ski instructors there are amazing and it is genuinely one of the best deals in Utah skiing right now.

About Powder Mountain

Powder Mountain is located in Eden, Utah, about 50 miles north of Salt Lake City near Ogden. It gets around 500 inches of snow a year and has over 8,000 acres of skiable terrain, making it one of the largest ski areas in the country. It tends to be less crowded than Park City or Deer Valley, which is a major bonus on busy holiday weekends. Powder Mountain is really upping its game with these changes and we are so here for it. Hope to see you on the slopes next season!
