This Salt Lake City Ramen Spot is a Must for Date Night or a Family Dinner

If you haven’t been to Oishi Ramen yet, what are you doing?! Honestly, this has been one of our favorite spots to go out to eat for date night or with the family. The food is fresh, the vibe is great, and the noodles are hand-pulled in house. Once you try it, you will understand why we keep going back.

Two Locations in Salt Lake

Make sure to grab some fresh handmade soup dumplings, katsu, and ramen made with their hand-pulled noodles. You can thank me later! They have two spots to choose from:

  • New location: 2095 E 1300 S, Salt Lake City
  • Original location: 3424 S State St Suite A, South Salt Lake City

What to Order

The menu is packed with great options but the standouts are the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen, the Curry Ramen with pork cutlet, the handmade soup dumplings, and the braised beef noodles. The noodles are made fresh and pulled by hand, which makes a noticeable difference in texture. The broth is rich, layered, and the kind of thing you want to drink straight from the bowl.

Great for Date Night and Families

This spot works for both. It is nice enough to feel like a real night out but casual enough that bringing kids is totally fine. If you are looking for a Salt Lake City restaurant that actually delivers something special, Oishi Ramen is it. Add it to your list now and go soon.
